Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("ToU") define the conditions of access and use of the FreeMCHost service, a Minecraft server hosting platform operated by Antoine PELKA--ROCHE (auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 92022305400031, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France).
2. Acceptance
Use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToU. The user acknowledges having read them before any registration.
3. Account
Creating an account is required to access most features. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder. Registration is open to persons aged 13 or older. Minors must obtain permission from their legal guardian.
4. Description of the service
FreeMCHost provides virtualized Minecraft servers (free and paid tiers), an administration panel, a file system, a real-time console, and tooling to manage the server.
5. User conduct
The user undertakes not to:
- host or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content;
- distribute malware, viruses, or attack tools;
- use the service for cryptocurrency mining, proxy, VPN, or non-Minecraft storage;
- attempt to bypass resource limits or access other servers or the infrastructure;
- resell, sublet, or transfer access without prior authorization.
6. Suspension and termination
FreeMCHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate without notice any account that does not comply with these ToU, or that presents a risk to the infrastructure or other users.
7. Data ownership and backups
The user retains full ownership of the data they host. FreeMCHost cannot be held responsible for the loss or corruption of data; the user undertakes to perform regular backups.
8. Changes to the ToU
These ToU may be modified at any time. The latest version applies upon publication.
9. Governing law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
