This policy describes how FreeMCHost collects, uses, and protects users' personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
- Account data: email address, password (hashed), display name.
- Billing data: name, billing address, payment information (processed by Stripe).
- Technical data: IP address, session identifier, browser type, connection logs.
- Usage data: actions performed on servers (creation, start, stop, etc.).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provision of the service (contract execution).
- Billing and fraud prevention (legal obligation).
- Service improvement and anonymized statistics (legitimate interest).
- Service emails (contract execution).
- Advertising on public pages via Google AdSense (consent).
4. Retention period
- Account data: for the duration of the account, then 12 months after deletion.
- Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Connection logs: 12 months.
5. Recipients and subprocessors
Your data is accessible to FreeMCHost and to the following subprocessors:
- Lovable (platform hosting)
- OVH SAS, Oracle Cloud and other infrastructure providers (server hosting)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google (analytics, AdSense)
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some subprocessors (Stripe, Google, Oracle Cloud) may transfer data outside the EU. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by email at hello@freemchost.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted via TLS. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.
9. Data loss
FreeMCHost cannot be held responsible for the loss or corruption of user data. We recommend performing regular backups.
